Marketing Intern

NovoServe is looking for a Marketing Intern who wants to learn the ropes of digital marketing and grow into an all-round marketer. You'll get hands-on experience across the full marketing mix, with guidance from a senior digital marketer, in a fast-growing, international tech company in Twente.

What you'll do

You'll work across content strategy, SEO, SEA, social ads, social media, video, performance data analysis, newsletters, and email campaigns. Marketing is evolving fast — think AEO new rules for visibility in an AI-driven search landscape — and we want you to explore it with us together. As an intern, you'll shape your own learning path together with your supervisor, focusing on the areas you're most excited to grow in.

Depending on your interests, you could:

1. Conduct market research on audience, trends, traffic, leads, events, and speaker opportunities, and apply your findings to our marketing activities

2. Build our audience through regular social media posting, announcements, email campaigns, and community building

3. Contribute to link building, new media PR strategy, and event collaborations

4. Help create video content for YouTube, exploring new trends around LLMs

5. Work on AEO and optimize our blogs, case studies, and commercial landing pages

6. Analyze and audit marketing performance data and act on the finds

7. Design leaflets and banners for Sales and other departments

8. Report on and interpret marketing performance data to inform strategy

    

Do you recognize yourself here?

• You're studying for a HBO/WO degree in Marketing or a related field

• You have an interest in the IT sector — hosting and infrastructure; being an IT hobbyist is a plus

• You're eager to learn, a team player, and open to feedback from supervsior

• You're creative and hands-on; experience building an audience (e.g. on social media) is a plus

• You have a way with words; experience as an editor, journalist, or through an internship or volunteer role is a plus

• Experience with marketing tools like GA4, GTM, HubSpot, SEMrush, or Canva is a plus

• You're fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
